Mr. Wolfe is a 33 year veteran of the restaurant industry. Born in the Napa Valley, he has worked every position in the restaurant business from dishwasher to Sommelier to General Manager.
He has been featured in Bon Appetit Magazine, San Francisco Chronicle, San Francisco Examiner and on Bravo TV. He has been a tasting panel member for Wines & Spirits Magazine and been a guest speaker the for Brown-Forman global wine education program.
When he is not waiting tables in San Francisco's most popular restaurants he likes to spend time cooking, hiking, bicycling, attending SF opera and racing his sports car at Infineon raceway.
