I'm into cooking and having fun experimenting with a new style of cooking tool called Nutrigrill. Its actually based on some really OLD techniques that work quite well for cooking healthy meals really fast. Nothing complicated just a lot of fresh ingredients thrown together. It actually uses the flavors, juices and carmelization of the meat to enhance the flavor of the entire dish. The extra fats not really a health factor as the amounts used are quite small compared to the average Western diet. These recipes use a lot of herbs like garlic, ginger, cilantro, Szechuan peppers etc to add flavor to the dishes as well as dipping sauces and other side dishes. You can cook just about anything on it including a lot of traditional recipes. It's easy to whip something up and serve up to six people on it at a time. Or sometimes I'll cook something up right on my computer desk or coffee table. Anyway, its all about having fun and eating fresh healthy foods.
