1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour

2 teaspoons baking powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 cup sugar

4 large eggs

Spicy Corned Beef

Ingredients:

1. One can of corned beef 340g (Serves 1-3)

(Use 100% beef products e.g. as Princess, Grace or Sainsbury�s premium for good taste(UK))

Seasame Prawns

Ingredients:
15 medium raw prawns peeled
2tables spoon seame oil
sea salt
2 table spoon white seame seeds
1 table spoon black sesame seeds
1 tea spoon black pepper
3 fresh chillies sliced

Method:
mix all ingredients together.heat the pan shallow cooking untill prawns is gold. serve warm with salad.

Grilled Honey-Soy Pork

2 pork blade steaks, cut 1-inch thick (about 1 pound)
2 small cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon honey

Combine all ingredients in a self-sealing plastic bag; seal bag and place in refrigerator 4-24 hours. Remove steaks from marinade, discarding marinade. Grill over medium-hot coals, 7 minutes per side, turning once. Makes 4 servings.
