As a business person, you have to always be alert about online reviews regarding your product or service. It is a fact that there are masses of sites that have lots of reviews and comments about businesses such as Yelp, Angie's List, and more.
Consumers are vocal enough to voice their positive even negative views about your product or service. That is why, if you got any negative reviews, do not neglect it just that, you have to go something about it.
If you have poor review about your product, you have to respond right away. Try to resolve it with the consumer who complained before other readers will read and comments to it.
If you are receiving positive comments or reviews, you have to maintain a quality product or service, or if you can exceed what the consumers are expecting from you, do so.
Take time to write down your negative and positive reviews since you will be able to learn from all of it.
