Striated muscle sit back ⁃ abductor ⁃ striated muscle

Striated muscle sit back ⁃ abductor ⁃ striated muscle Calves area unit at the beginning of each exercise, aside from my main leg day. I usually do 3 exercises for calves those 5 days, a sitting striated muscle calf exercise, and 2 exercises for my gastrocnemius muscle.My reps area unit anyplace from 10-100 with this and my sets will vary from 3-8 on calves. Abs area unit done at the tip of each exercise aside from my main leg day. I continuously begin with a lower ab exercise. i'll do 2 exercises for lower abs, one exercise for my obliques, 2 exercises for my middle and lower abs with reps starting from 15-30. For chest, (twice per week minimum) I do reps of 8-12 and sets of 3-8. I continuously begin with my higher chest: ⁃ incline weight press ⁃ cable fly high ⁃ flat ..Anabol X1
