NUTRITION FACTS (per 1 donut):
- Calories .............. 80 kcal
- Protein ................ 2 g
- Total Carbs ........... 15 g

INGREDIENTS (12 donuts):
• 2 eggs
• 2 bananas
• 10 dates
• 80g pumpkin puree
• 80g spelt flour
• 30g wheat flour
• cinnamon
• baking soda




HOW TO MAKE:
1. Whisk eggs in a large bowl.
2. Add blended bananas and dates, pumpkin puree, spelt and wheat flour into the bowl. Mix it all well together with a spoon, so the donuts can be fluffy once they're baked.
3. Spoon the mixture from the bowl into a donut pan.
4. Bake donuts in preheated oven for 15 min on 180°C / 350°F.
5. Serve them and enjoy!
