1 large butternut squash
Green onions
Garlic
Red and yellow pepper
Mushrooms
Cauliflower
Broccoli
1 pound of lean ground beef or turkey
organic cold pressed extra virgin olive oil
Spices:
Cayenne pepper
Ginger
Salt
Pepper
Marjoram
Brown your ground meat, add the diced green onions, garlic, red and yellow peppers and mushrooms. Then layer the bottom of your pan with the meat.
Use your food processor to grind the cauliflower and broccoli. heat it up in your skillet then add it to the second layer.
cut the butternut squash in half and bake it in the oven at 450 for 30 to 45 mins, (don't forget to take the seeds out) put it in the food processor or mash it (just like potatoes), then add it to the top layer of your shepherd's pie and most important enjoy...
