1 spaghetti squash
1 chopped onion / yellow and orange pepper
chopped asparagus
diced garlic
1 pound of lean ground meat (beef or turkey)
1 egg
2 table spoons of honey
a pinch of Ginger, rosemary, cayenne pepper, salt and pepper
topped with organic pasta sauce
spring mix salad
