INGREDIENTS (2 servings):
• lettuce
• arugula
• 1/2 red pepper
• 1/2 lemon
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 1 tsp salt
• 100g canned tuna
• 1/2 red onion
• olives
• flax seed

1. Place in a big bowl lettuce, arugula leafs, chopped red pepper and red onion (cut into circles).
2. Make the dressing for the salad by mixing olive oil, lemon and salt. Stir it well and pour it into the bowl. Mix it with the ingredients.
3. Take tuna out of the can and place it inside the bowl.
4 Add olives and sprinkle the salad with flax seed. It's time to relax now and enjoy your salad!
